Product and account support
Use this form for product feedback, account or data requests, bugs, and anything else about ARKIYO. You can send it as a guest. Requests are limited to a few per hour and are stored only after a successful write.
Billing and refunds
Paid checkout is closed during the public beta. If you have a billing question from an earlier test or transaction, use the support form above and include only the non-sensitive order reference. See our refund information.
What happens next
The stored inbox is open for manual ARKIYO review. A monitored mailbox or notification workflow is still a founder follow-up before paid launch, so this form does not promise a reply or response time. Guest planning stays on your device; clearing browser storage removes it.
