ARKIYO is a small independent product. Here is exactly what to do depending on what you need — this page does not submit a form, so use the routes below.
Purchases and refunds
Trip Pass purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. For a receipt, a billing question, or a refund request, reply directly to the Lemon Squeezy purchase email you received, quoting your order reference. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy. When a refund completes, the Trip Pass on that order is revoked automatically.
Your account and your data
Signing in is done with Google or an emailed sign-in link, so there is no password to reset. To request access to or deletion of the data stored on your ARKIYO account, send the request from the email address on that account through the same channel above. Planning as a guest stores nothing on our servers — clearing your browser storage removes it.
Product feedback
A dedicated feedback inbox is not published yet. We would rather say that plainly than list an address nobody monitors. Purchase and account requests above are always answered through the Lemon Squeezy channel.
