1. Public beta
ARKIYO is currently free to use during beta and the checkout flow is disabled. Because no new ARKIYO charge can be created through the product during this period, there is normally nothing to cancel or refund.
2. Historical or test transactions
If you believe you were charged through an earlier payment test or another ARKIYO purchase, use the Contact page and include only the non-sensitive order reference. Never send card numbers or payment credentials through the support form.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that apply under law. Where applicable law provides stronger cancellation, refund, or remedy rights, those statutory rights control.
