1. ARKIYO is planning software
ARKIYO provides consumer travel-discovery, planning, itinerary, and in-trip assistance software. ARKIYO does not sell flights, hotels, tours, transportation, or reservation services and does not operate as a travel agency.
2. Informational assistance
Recommendations, routes, schedules, place details, opening-hours information, reservation reminders, and Live Mode guidance are informational planning assistance. They are not guarantees of availability, admission, accuracy, suitability, safety, travel time, or a particular outcome. Conditions can change after information is shown.
3. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for verifying and arranging bookings, entry and visa requirements, opening hours, prices, transportation, accessibility, weather, local rules, and personal safety. Use your own judgment and follow current official guidance when making travel decisions.
4. Accounts
Exploring and planning is available without an account. An ARKIYO account, created with Google sign-in or an emailed sign-in link, is required to purchase a Trip Pass and to sync your trip across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure, and for the activity that happens under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may use ARKIYO for personal travel planning. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
6. Service availability and changes
Features, supported destinations, connected data, pricing, and service availability may change. ARKIYO may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product. Browser and network limitations can affect Live Mode, location, and foreground-only notifications.
7. Paid features
The ARKIYO Trip Pass is a single one-time purchase for a trip. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record, and that purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms. The exact price, currency, and what is included are shown at checkout before you pay.
A Trip Pass is unlocked only after ARKIYO's server receives a confirmed payment notification from Lemon Squeezy. Returning from the payment page does not by itself unlock paid features, and a refunded purchase ends the associated access.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARKIYO is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
